Here in France we’ve been on ‘lockdown’ with severe restrictions for two months. But that ended on 11th May. I was thinking about how the confinement had made me slow down, and think about what was really important, notice the beauty around me. It’s has been so peaceful and quiet. I have some lovely memories from the last two months…..so it’s happy and sad at the same time….and it was this feeling that inspired the composition. I hope you like it.
